This weekend I saw the film Spotlight, and all I have to say is wow. Everything about this film was done right, and it deserves all the praise it can get. This movie won't be for everyone because you may not be able top handle it. I made it through, but this hit home for me, and it was difficult. The story surprised me, and I couldn't believe it was true.
I am glad this film was made, and I think everyone should see this at some point in their lives. Not just because it is an excellent film, but because everyone should know this story. I knew very little about this, but I'm glad I know more. You won't leave this movie happy, but you will leave pleased that you know what happened.
