I saw Star Wars: The Last Jedi twice this past weekend, and here are my thoughts. I watched others reviews, and took in everyone's opinion, but in my honest opinion I love this film! I thought the whole movie is just incredible, and I think Rian Johnson made an excellent film. It isn't perfect, and I realize it has flaws, but for me I don't have too many complaints.
I have one complaint, and that is it. I have to say that the Finn and Rose story is probably the C story; that is a script writing reference, but it literally has nothing at all to do with the overall movie. I say that because their whole story literally does nothing for the plotline in a whole, and I think it was just squeezed in the movie for Finn to do something. It was a fun story, but if you look at the whole movie, and take out that story it has no effect on it at all. I don't like that because I like Finn, and I wish he was more important in this film like he was in the last one, but there is nothing I can do.
Other than that story I think this film is one of the best Star Wars films out there. It has great action, special effects, and fantastic moments that people will be talking for years to come. I think they opened the door for a fantastic ending to the trilogy with Episode IX, and I can't wait!
In the end, Star Wars: The Last Jedi is one of my favorite Star Wars films, and every fan needs to see this movie as soon as you possibly can. I think you will have an awesome experience with this movie just like I did, and you should see it to experience it yourself.
In case you are curious here is my order of the Star Wars films:
1. The Empire Strikes Back
2. The Last Jedi
3. The Force Awakens
4. A New Hope
5. Return of the Jedi
6. Rogue One
7. Revenge of the Sith
8. Attack of the Clones
9. The Phantom Menace

Justice League
I'm sorry for the late review, but here are my thoughts on the film, Justice League. Overall, I had so much fun with this movie that I think DC has found their groove again. The film is about Batman bringing heroes together to fight a great evil after the death of Superman. He fills after the events that took place in Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice that he owed the people to bring hope back.
I think everyone did a great job in their role. I really enjoy Ben Affleck's version of Batman/ Bruce Wayne, and I hope he does a few more films as the character. Gal Gadot nailed it, just like last time, as Wonder Woman/Diana Prince. Now I watch The Flash series on the CW, and I like that version, but I enjoyed Ezra Millers' take on the Scarlet Speedster. Ray Fisher did a really good job as Cyborg. He portrayed the characters' difficulty of being half man and half machine. I saw the struggle, and you feel for the character. Finally, Jason Momoa is just an Aquaman you do not want to mess with. He makes the character more than just the person who can talk to fish.
The action was really cool, and when the team fights together it is awesome to see all these characters on the same screen together. I realize there were reshoots between Zack Snyder and Joss Whedon, but in all honesty I felt they did such a great job mending everything together that I couldn't tell who shot what. In the end, I believe everyone who enjoys comic book movies, action movies, or is just looking for a really great time at the theatres should go see Justice League as soon as they can. You will have an awesome time.
